Land Surveying in Table Top

Table Top is rural land, and the council's strategy for it weighs farming, lifestyle blocks and long-term urban development. AlburyCity's Rural Lands Strategy provides a plan for future land use and development in Table Top and Splitters Creek, taking into consideration retention of suitable land for agriculture, rural lifestyle development potential and physical constraints and hazards.

Land Surveying around Table Top

The council's page (read 7 October 2026) lists, among what the strategy takes into consideration, long-term urban development opportunities. It comes in parts, with a Table Top part and a Table Top settlement plan map that we did not open, so we state nothing from them. The strategy covers Splitters Creek as well; its plan for Splitters Creek is the same document, so Splitters Creek has no page of its own here.

None of these pages mentions a land survey for a given lot, so what follows is our inference, not a rule: if you are thinking of dividing a rural lot in Table Top, the council's steps on the subdividing page apply, and the Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010's Lot Size Map is where the council says the requirements for torrens title subdivision sit; we could not read it and state no minimum. Tell the provider where the land is and ask what they check against the council's strategy. The strategy is a plan for the area; it does not say what any lot may be used for.
